My First Time...

Taking Cilantro and Reishi in the same day, I feel great for now.

So far I love it!!

At first I tried it full strength under my tongue…and sure could feel it spreading through my body….but ygg he at way was a bit too tough on the skin under my tongue….do now I dilute it slightly with distilled water….and still put it under my tongue a bit at a time. It seems to be giving me energy I’ve not known for quite some time. I’ll report more in a few weeks.
