Return & Refund Policy

Medicamentum Authentica is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and supplements. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will work with you to arrange an equitable resolution. We require customers to return products that are issued a refund unless we state otherwise. All refunds issued will not include shipping, customs tax or VAT fees paid by the customer.

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may return unopened, eligible products for a full refund, minus shipping fees. Please refer to our shipping policy for returning unopened packages.
