When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events, shipping may take longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
What shipping options are available?
We offer several shipping options through USPS, which you can select at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I track my package?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can opt in for USPS automated updates via email or text for the latest information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but international shipments may take 4-6 weeks and are subject to customs, taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracking your package with USPS and your local postal service once it arrives in customs.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
For damaged items, contact your local postal carrier and keep the damaged items and packaging to make a claim. For lost packages, contact USPS for assistance. If you need further help, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your package.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. Please label the package ‘return to sender’ and contact our customer service team to inform us of the return. Once we receive and review the package, we will process your refund (minus shipping fees).
How do I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately to cancel. If the order has already shipped, you can return unopened products for a refund according to our return policy.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No, shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders, custom fees, taxes, and VAT are also non-refundable.
